Shipping
Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.
- Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.99.
Rates are calculated automatically at checkout — you'll see the exact cost before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery times
We work with a small group of vetted partners so each product ships from the warehouse closest to it. Delivery times vary by item:
- Most items — 3 to 7 business days. This covers the Back Stretcher, Back Posture Corrector, Migraine Cooling Relief Cap, Stretching Strap, Yoga Block, Timer Abdominal Exercise Roller, EMS Abdominal Muscle Toning Trainer, Smart Health Watch and AB Roller.
- Yoga Mat and Grip Strength Trainer — 10 to 20 business days. These ship from an overseas warehouse, which is how we keep the price where it is.
If your order contains items from both groups, they may arrive in separate packages on different days at no extra cost to you.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with tracking once your parcel is on its way. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating after you receive it — that's normal.

We currently ship within the United States.
Returns
Our policy
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items need to be unused, in the condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at visionaryconcepts24@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about why you're returning the item. We'll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us — returns sent without instructions can't be processed.
Return shipping
- If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we cover return shipping and you get a full refund or a replacement — your choice.
- If you're returning for any other reason, return shipping is at your own cost.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take another 3–10 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return was our error.
Exchanges
The fastest way to swap for a different size or colour is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it's shipped, it falls under the return policy above.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on items that have been used against the skin — this includes the Migraine Cooling Relief Cap and the EMS Abdominal Muscle Toning Trainer — unless they arrived faulty.
